Cattle herd incidence of bovine TB in RBCT areas for 2007 IJID paper

Raw data contained within these spreadsheets have been used to compile analyses presented in the paper "Impacts of widespread badger culling on cattle tuberculosis: concluding analyses from a large-scale field trial".

The data are numbers of herd breakdowns (confirmed and all) for Randomised Badger Culling Trial (RBCT) areas as well as relevant covariates (triplet, treatment, source of the location data, time period, number of baseline herds and historic incidence for 1 and 3 years).
